newt Posted February 29, 2004 Report Share Posted February 29, 2004 What goes wrong with yours? The line doesn't much matter as long as it's not huge and super stiff. drpopup Posted November 27, 2006 Report Share Posted November 27, 2006 i use braid too i'v never had a problem with it this is how i tie mine;cut a legnth of line,braid,mono dependin on the siz you want your hook lenght at one end tie a small loop take tour hook an thred the braid through the back slide down too the loop make sure you leave about an inch then wrap the lenght of braid around the shank of the hook six to severne times leavin your hair inside the coil you form arond the hook then thred the lin back through th eye pull tight an you should have your very own home madehair rig thre are many of ways of doin it butt that way is still yet to let me down i always put a spot of supper glue on the knot just to stop it slippin hope that can help you mate Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
