Im there next year in October But on the proper lakes No idea about the Bay lake, best thing would be is to call them. If its as anything as popular as the other lakes, you proberly wont be able to fish there until 2009!! They have a website, so check out the avalibility on there!!

Buy a korda safe zone one, use um and once your've used um, make a copy of it so you know its safe. Websites can help, yet you can get something wrong because pictures dont always show everything, and you dont want to get snagged up and cause a fish to pull around a few feet of leadcore.
