cyborx
thats the weighing ones not the fishy ones on my last foray onto the bank i found that my scales had self destructed, one of the levers had come adrift. now even though i have replaced it exactly as it should be i can no longer trust them and my back up digital set also seems to have given up the ghost, so i am in the market for a new analogue set at least. having looked around i have seen them from £15 (thompsons) to £85 (Korda Kustom), even Reubens are ranging from £40 to over £100 for god sake!! all i want to do is weigh a fish NOT gold bullion, can anyone suggest a reasonably priced set that are reliable pleeeeze not looking for bargain bucket level but dont fancy breaking the bank either, do they even need to be subject to carp tax, and has anyone got scales that are generic ones that have done the job? salokcinnodrog
I use Grande slam scales, had them a few years now. Around £20, but ebay might find them cheaper: http://www.swanleytackle.co.uk/scales cyborx
