France - With the family!

So my Dad wants to go fising in France, My other half has jumped on the band wagon so now i need to find somwhere for 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 teens so its going to be a nice house of some kind close to a lake me and my dad can fish! Can anyone recommend anywhere they have taken the family? Had a look at Saint Amand but apart from that i havent found much else?
