I would use Drennan Double Strength (either 10lb or 12lb), I think that the Amnesia will be too stiff.

Drennan Double Strength, Drennan Sub Surface Green Fly Leader or Trilene XL.

 

Think you will find Amnesia is miles too stiff.

ive found greased down silkworm works a treat too, worked for me all through last year, i use about 4-5 foot of this with the last foot or so completely coloured in with a black marker pen, straight through to a TFG missile.
