I thought the ESP hooklink wasn't stiff enough, so for most of my fishing I tend to use either the Korda hybrid or my favorite, Armaled Kic-Bak. I like this the most because the outer coating is very stiff and the braided inner is very supple which I think is the whole point.

I would use Drennan Double Strength (either 10lb or 12lb), I think that the Amnesia will be too stiff. Hope this helps.

I've been using Armaled Kick-bak, The coating is stiffer and the braid is more supple tha the Hybrid. Hope this helps
