travisbickle Posted October 10, 2012 Report Posted October 10, 2012 lee...I have a northwich ticket too....if you simply want a bend in the rod look at ayers pit....or on a decent day the weaver....big billinge is too overrun now...as is petty pool...(all after the big common)...... Quote
leefletch35 Posted October 11, 2012 Author Report Posted October 11, 2012 hi snowmanstevo am after carp upto 20lb as am only a beginner.lee Quote
leefletch35 Posted October 11, 2012 Author Report Posted October 11, 2012 hi travis heard about carp in weaver might try old river arm near vale royal do u know what kind of weights came out ?would boilies still work ok ? Quote
snowmanstevo Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 If you only fish short weekend sessions I'd suggest a local canal or even the weaver but with a bit of pre-baiting beforehand ..... Boilies will still work but I'd mix them with vitalin which is a great pre-bait and bulk it out with corn ..... Try and get some bait in through the week and this can only help your session at the week end Best of luck Lee Quote
