I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for fishing either the Severn or the Avon; which stretches to consider and which to avoid...Any help will be very appreciated. beza26 Posted August 3, 2011 Report Share Posted August 3, 2011 Anchor meadow on the Avon, fish. Unicorn Inn on the severn, avoid. Especially holiday's or the weekend. Ironbridge on the severn seem's nice. I'm sure there's a boat load i don't know of, might be worth having a walk round a few stretche's and seeing for yourself?
