sterry Posted March 14, 2011 Report Share Posted March 14, 2011 I going to buy a season ticket for this venue and concentrate alot of my fishing this year on this venue it has nice stock of decent size carp but i was wondering has any body fished their in the past and what baits and rigs to use/avoid. bigguscarpus Posted March 14, 2011 Report Share Posted March 14, 2011 Hi mate,a couple of lads from Liverpool came to night fish last week but had to turn them away because we wernt open.I had a good chat with them and they said there were alot of carp in the 15lb-21lb range.Pellet,sweetcorn and even luncheon meat all caught regularly.In summer especially from evening time it seems the lake is alive with surface feeding carp and stalking them is alot of fun.
