dunkel Posted March 4, 2011 Report Posted March 4, 2011 I see that Green Lipped Mussel Powder is a much talked about additive. I wondered if anyone ever tried using raw green lipped mussel meat as a hookbait? They have them frozen at our local grocery store for around $7 USD per pound. If you've used them before, how did they work? Quote
pippa1972 Posted March 4, 2011 Report Posted March 4, 2011 Ive not used green lipped mussel as bait but i have used swan mussels (out of the shell)as bait in France and had my PB on it being 47LB 3oz common Quote
stoogi Posted March 4, 2011 Report Posted March 4, 2011 Mussels, prawns, cockles etc are all good baits. Quote
