Moreton Brick Pit

Hi

 

I have just started working on the Wirral and have been hearing stories from a few of the lads about the bricky or moreton brick pit !

 

Anyone fished this before and got any tips am thinkin of taking a few half days ofr work and putting a few afternoon / evening sessions in.

 

Any ideas on baits or tactics would be great

not fished there for many years mate, from memory, there is a swim on there called the 'pump house', that was always a favourite swim, there was a small bar on the right hand side of the swim that was very very consistent, last time i even saw the place was in the early 90's, i doubt much has changed though
