shoto712
Depends on region, I went to Limoges back end of August last year and it was red hot during the day and then minus at night. Early morning and late night saw most of the action. I think it’s the venue history you need to be looking at. If it fishes well during the day then the hot weather will probably kill it for you, if it fishes well at night then it won’t be as much of a problem. davew
At my lake the fishing in August is usually better at the end of the month as the weather starts to cool down (a little).

martydecarp
I have fished often in August, true the fishing can be slower during the day but normally fishes OK at night. The weather can be a little uncomfortable but a simple brolly can help dramatically, ensure you keep the fluids going in and do not drink too much alchohol

51000mamour
Certainly the months before the spawning season (March, April and May) are the best time to make beautiful peaches. The white fish is not too active and carp have a great need to recharge after a long period of scarcity. Larvae and insects that make up a large part of their staple foods are still scarce and they spend so much time searching for food protein. A good boot with micro-grains and small pellets lodged in their path can intercept them and direct them to bait very fragrant and heavily loaded with attractors, with the arrival of beautiful cards ......... The second part of autumn (automne) is also an interesting time because the carp are starting to perform liver stores to the rigors of winter. For that they expand their search area to the entire body of water, a boon for fishermen opportunists who will present their bearings "snowman " or lightening in the middle of a carpet of particles composed of fragments of Frolic, half boilies, micro and small-seed pellets?ect...
