Two 30s, big scale and the mug fish, handful of twenties and a good number of doubles, days only unless you join the lamb..

Not a bad water but ull be better off going up to kingsbury water park as it's only 5 minutes up the road

Have a look at shuttington lake on there ticket, not sure on stock as there was a fish kill a few years back, but lovely water

Theres loads of carp of all sizes in burrowpit you can walk accross them in the summer months

 

Have'nt fished it for a while if you planning to fish it soon you better hurry before the rain starts it often floods this time of year.

 

It has great rewards for those who stick with it

I walked around this summer on a few occasions in the blazing sun seen loads of carp in almost every swim some rights lumps. Have'nt fished since last year been putting all my time in my syndicate but i will defo give it ago next year.

theres loads in there,,,but 90% are typical tame valley fish, all mid double commons..theres the odd better fish, but nothing spectacular, and certainly no "right lumps",big scales the biggest and shes come out at 27 a couple of weeks back

Theres alot of them "commons" but i still wouldnt say theres LOADS in there...

 

You know i dont fish it but i'd say a fish a session is doing well ?

Peg 20 or 21 and I'd expect 3-5 a per day session, rest of te pool can be tricky though

not the lamb waters no, although i no a fair bit about them...

there was a fish kill down there..i wont go into the details on an open forum, but the lamb were very naughty put it that way

Go and see Ken at Tamworth tackle he can sort membership there and then i think it was around £130 for three rod s for your first year but reduces on renewal.
