Hi all
Does anyone know of any clubs that operate around Leicestershire, I'd like to ideally join one in the South Leicestershire area cause that's where I live but anywhere in the county would be considered

Hi all. I've been browsing Leicestershire Angling Society's and have come across Brooms Angling Society. They have acquired Kilworth Sticks nr Lutterworth in South Leics. does any one have any experience of the water or indeed the club itself. Regards all and thanks in advance. Davie

Very helpful indeed. When u say more suited to the match fisherman what do u mean by that? I am actually a method man, ground bate with sweet corn on the hook. I'm not keen on bite alarms but may progress in the future.

Makins is a great water in my opinion. Breakfast delivered if u want it. Small tackle shop for essentials if required. Nice surroundings and plenty of lakes to choose from. I always fish it but I'm looking to try somewhere else this coming season. Davie

Doniford Bay Somerset
in UK Venues and Where to Fish

Evening all.
I'm off with the family to Doniford Bay Haven site in June for a week and fancy taking my fishing kit with me for a day on the bank. Any one know of any decent fisheries nearby that I could spend a day at. Hopefully not too far away from the site for easiness. Cheers all. Davie
