My friend spoke to breakaway today and it appears the offer has been withdrawn, so breakaway still own the lakes.

In the summer it was over run with kids, some fishing, some just walking around getting on peoples nerves. The trouble was it was cheap (£10 for 24 hrs) and really the prices could have gone up to deter the trouble makers and some money should have been spent on some gates/security. See what happens now, i agree it could be a great water with a bit of work.

Might look good but not a lot in there. markhams restocked it last year with some small carp. theres nowt big in there. I wouldn,t beleave theres a mid twenty in there,not in recent years (unless someone has proof)

Marsh farm??? don't go that big, mid 20s maybe. carlton park (holiday campsite) stocked some fourties recently £50 a night

Margins work, closse to little island or read beds. best time is early morning or evening, can sometimes be awaist of time during the day. Use boilies as there are smallish bream. Last time i went the place was full of noddy's
