    im fishing a lake that i have never fished befor in a few days and i am going to be fishing maggots on one rod.what rig should i use them on? i will be using a moggot clip.the lake bed is a little silty

    hi mate i fished rossways for a full week last may and i had a brilliant week.i only fished two swims.the first one witch i fished the waggler about 6ft out on corn and meat and fed loads of micro pellet.i had 18 carp up to 15lb and 11 bream to 8lb in two days.i never had a fish on buzzers out of the first swim.i fished the 2nd double swim for the rest of the week i fished 2 rods on a running rig with halli pellet and boilie on the hair and a rod set up with on a surface rig with chum mixers on the hair my avarage day on the 2nd double peg was 8 carp of the top running from 6lb to 16lb and 4 carp of the bottom running from 11lb to 17lb. hope this helps. :D

    it is near caistor its my local.ye i allways night fish it the best night i had was last summer me and 3 m8s went far a 4 day and 3 night session i had 7 out one night 2 out the second night and 4 out the last night in the summer if u want the carp in the day u need 2 fish on the top with chum mixers. if u want the address i will pm it u. biggest fish in the pond is 32lb
