Try sink tubeing I've never used leadcore before it's much better personally if u don't want to use running leads with a line clip works perfect

im a chef so every day i work 11 till 2.30 3 then not back in till 5 so will definately pop up for an hour or so as for summer social im in lol my merrington record stands for 1-1 cant be bad lol

it produces fish most weeks of the year and atm should be doin well between me and 2 friends about 4 weeks ago we had 5 out

Both stocked both with decent fish mostly doubles can use bait boat on both I'd highly recomend both pools checkered is on my list definately -

What info you after I fish marchamley and merrington regularly -
thats the thing with the pool ive seen pictures of it when it was a quary and its v v deep ive seen some definate upper 20's swimming round the top end near the feeding table its a nice pool i just not mad on location i like quiet pools

advice is avoid in the summer though alot of kids jumping in but there are some monsters in there some great area's for stalking to dont leave car on car park though

very plagued with rats and not fishing to wwell atm and olenty of noise from m54 in telford you have better options in and around shropshire bud

fished it few years ago on the pole in a match and hallibut pellets ruled the day for definate

i only use super stiff on pop ups never thought of it on normal cheers for the tips guys i want a new hooklink anyway so ill try that and the casting and if not the superstiff it is cheers guys see thats why i love this site so much

right im useing this rig in essence but hooklink material is drennan super specialist braid as hooklink material and its getting tangled around the swivel and the quick change clip is it my casting or problem with my set up

yeah i fished this alot theres a reservoir and a small place next to the reservoir the small lake fish to 15lb and the lake ive seen a 23lb2oz common out of but as said get the wife to drop you off nice pools though as said ive never seen a bailiff -

i use blood knot tied properly and neatly e.g not tieing it half way up the line then bringing it back to the eye causeing it to curl for me is always the best knot
