hi guys,i'm doing a 48hr session this weekend but never fished here before,if anyone has fished it recently could you let me know how it went and which peg you were on,i'm on 61 and 62,any advice would be greatly aprreciated. cheers

maybe if you could get some pics posted then we might have an idea on the size and what could be done with it eg amount of pegs etc

i find sharp ones to be the best

i've been looking at white acres holiday park in cornwall and anglers paradise but they might me to much family orientated for what you want hope this helps

i don't think people were "laying into the guy" i suppose it was the phrase "only 23lb 8" which was taken the wrong way

23lb 8 is a good pb to have,which must make my 17lb 12 seem small to you, no matter where you fish you cannot be sure to beat your pb ,so just be glad to be on the bank and be happy with whatever size you catch and hopefully the pb will be 1 of them,if its not to be then so be it,i never fish with a certain weight in mind, i just accept what comes out on the day. i finished going on now so back to your question SORRY i don't know of any waters either. tight lines

hi gaz i know of fields farm fisheries nr sandbach(google it) £6 2rods day ticket £10 for the night,only a small lake but plenty of good carp been coming out lately,biggest out is 21lb this year, youv'e also got lakemore which is ok but you have to book even for a day ticket(got nice catfish in aswell)

hi mate,can't help you to much but all i know it is a boating lake aswell and it's free to fish,i had a browse on internet and can't find anything either, sorry i couldn't be more helpful.
