ive never tried there, been meaning to for ages but havent got round to it, there's suppose to be catfish in there aswell. its only a few mile east of ludlow racecourse. -
Hinkshay pools at stirchley, is this right on the edge of the ring road just before the junction for stirchley?

i was there in the autum for 24hrs and only 1 fish came, out of 6 anglers on the whole pool.

there is/was some carp at wallcot, i did a few small jobs at the hall many years ago.

where in shropshire are you?? theres a syndicate around oswestry with two or three spaces left for next year,

just been watching great rod race and they was at a 8ish acre pool in shobdon owned/ run by phil green. does anyone have any info they could give me about this?

theres a new syndicate inbetween hereford and leominster just off the a49. its an old sand/ gravel pit, with irrc carp to 30lb. best contact woodys angling in hereford if you wanna no more.
