I fished it a few years back and it was just crazy!!! I used Mainline maple 8 (20kg) and pellet (10kg) i also took 20Kg of Hemp for spodding which i used most of. TBH whatever you take will probably work as when i was there everyone was using different bait and they were all catching. Tight Lines and don't expect to get much sleep!!

Hi All Bit of a long Shot but has anyone fished or heard anything about Long Lake???? It;s on Angling lines and the Lake and the fish look stunning, but would just be interested to get anyone else's thoughts. cheers

It all depends what you're after??? The first time I went I booked a lake called Roseau through angling Lines. My reasoning behind this was that i had heard it was a runs water and i didn't want to go over there and fish a hard water for my first time and run the risk of Blanking. i had a wicked time caught loads and was looked after by angling lines and by the lake owner. good luck mate
