worth trying to join the birchmoor ac next season as the pigs holds some cracking fish only managed to get one session in this year and blanked but my mate has done really well on there he's had around 10 20s in the last year biggest being 27lb and aload of doubles. i once was a member of the lamb were you can fish shutty pool but didn't rejoin because of there one rod rule but if your ok with that it really is a great lake -
if you can get a long wheel base merc sprinter no problem getting the kit in that

my favourite pop up rig has to be the withy pool rig not sure if its any good for a gravel bottom but cant see why not

i also rate this very easy to strip unlike some other coated braids

and theres mineral lakes up near the ricoh arena its actually in bedworth but you can see the ricoh. theres alot of fish in there including sturgeon, ive had one at 23lb 4oz and ive seen a 31lb common come out but apparentley they grow bigger

yes thats the one mate. been there a couple of times know and first tme i went on second chuck out i took a 23lb 4oz sturgeon. when i was there the second time a man had the 31lb common out nice fish

hi just wonderingif any one has heard of mineral lakes (i think thats what it's called) near coventry if so could any one tell me best rigs, bait swims etc thanks matt
