I wouldnt bother with Dingle Pool if I were you the claims of fish weights there are vastly over estimated, you only need look at their website ..its a joke! The farmer hasnt got a clue either and even told me one day that the reason he banned hemp is that if fish eat it their mouths dont heal from the hooks!!! Top Barn was a quiet fishery a few years a go and has got some nice fish in the lake by the road but now appears to be flooded by the masses. There are a few pools not far away that are worth a look though! I;ve carp fished round Worcester for over 25 years and the sad fact is that if its a realistic chance of a real 30 (not one thats been weighed wrong or dreamt up) you have to travel. Or you could try the rivers......

Thats frog pool I fished it years ago and it was full of stunted tench and small carp. The house was sold with the pools and I did contact the new owners to see what they were going to do but they werent that interested to be honest.

Yes know what you mean but having spent most of the late 80s carp fishing Llandrindodd Wells you get used to the townie and idiot factor believe me! Had a walk round it the other day and it doesn't seem to be getting any attention.always used to be a good runs water and a nice refresher when you'd spent loads of timeon hard waters and just need a bend in the rod,its also cheap!

Anybody fished Arrow Valley at all? Used to fish it about 20 years ago and fancy having another crack so just looking for any up to date info.
