    Hi everyone, I've just bought a 9ft wychwood utility rod and I think its use is a marker rod but I was wondering if I'd be able to use it to catch fish with. Thank you.

    I've just bought 2 9ft wychwood utility rods and I think they're for markers. I'm just wondering if I'd be okay to us them for catching fish and what they be like if I hooked one.
