Hinged stiff VS chod rig

I only use the chod out of the two. I use it for deep silt, weed, or generally fishing areas I can't be to certain what I'm fishing over. I never find a use for the stiff hinged rig, I have plenty of other options for pop ups, namely the multi rig.1 point
