carpymark
its a great fishery mate,i always keep things simple, and you can catch anywhere there.i always use pellet on a hair, and if the fish are feeding confidently, try using dog biscuit on the top.you will have a great time there, and expect loads of action!!!...tight lines!!! jamesc1616
we were fishing tight to island, but not really tight, and 3 times within a few hours same spot , alarm sounds, strike , fish on for 5secs and the hair rig and nailer had gone each time!, didnt happern to any others that we landed the tench etc fine, Â woods are a little scary at night *sounds* Â Â as soon as we got there we had a great run from tight into the weeds, screamed away into a tree the width from us to island (swim) and snagged us a treat! Â Â in the end it was 2 bream,2tench, and a good few runs, Â Â anybody else been fishing it recently? or any recent fishing to other hampshire venues

carpytimmy
They've had a right old tidy up at Longbridge and theres a proper path now and most of the swims have got woodchip in. The rules have changed a bit so you can't use trout and halibut pellet but they let you use boilies now. Still the best is a dog biscuit when it's warm.
