Cabanac (River Lot)

Hi, I am off to fish the dammed section of the River Lot in April 09 for a couple of weeks. Can anyone help with info regarding the place and if its possible to legally bivvy up in the NO night fishing swims fishing days only?

Hi got some info on the river lot, i was down there all weekend in my boat doing a recky, & have some information on the night fishing areas.

im off down that way for three weeks at the start of july and was hoping to fish the place myself.

did anyone manage anything on the Lot  , i've just returned from France , I have a mate who has been on the lot for 5 days but not caught, he met two friends who have been there for 12 days without catching  , think he was near Cregols , I tried Tremolat on the new night section of the Dordogne for 2 days but blanked , a lot of weed coming through , I couldn't fish at distance  ! I've also heard a few reports of dogs dying after swimming in the Lot ! maybe algae !
