just found this on an american site, looks like an intresting combination to me

carn`t see the point in the stones at the top unless your casting it out 50 times a day to the same spot.

 

i`ll change that seen as i just relised they mixed stones with the oats. i don`t know whats going on there haha

Soggy porridge is a good groundbait, the stones will give the fish something to root around, to maybe feel safer? Camoflauge??

 

Not sure about the condensed milk though lots of fish and lots of waters can't deal with it.

I'm not sure about the need for stones in there, but a combination of bait in a PVA bag is always a good idea.

 

I've been using Bread Crumb and Maize or sweetcorn in bags for years. The Dried milk will clog up into lumps as it gets wet though, and won't dissolve into the water straight away. It can provide extra attraction around the hookbait though and has been around for years as a boilie powdered dip.
