jemsue5 Posted February 13, 2009 Report Posted February 13, 2009 Andy, are you in the Telford area? Quote
andygreat Posted February 13, 2009 Author Report Posted February 13, 2009 hi mate in stafford area! Quote
jemsue5 Posted February 13, 2009 Report Posted February 13, 2009 Some decent carp waters on the Telford Angling Asscociation ticket. the following are what i would class as medium hard 1. Middle pool lots of doubles with quite a few 20s best fish about 28/29lb, night fishing allowed. 2. Wide waters at little Dawley, small water with quite a few doubles and a few 20s days only. 3. Blue pool Telford town park, stacks of fish upto 30lb interesting water nights allowed but the carpark is iffy. Park in the estate just above the car park and you will be sound. 4. Randley pool, next to the Blue under fished as a carp water and it does hold a few surprises again night fishing allowed. This next water is very hard. 5. Trench pool, difficult banks, loads of weed, loads of ducks but some very cute scaley fish, the bonus is a pub on the banks. One of the local tackle shops Rod and Gun in Dawley have a couple of waters at little wenlock which are day ticket and rammed full of carp into the 20s. Ring 01952 503550 for more info. Also on a day ticket is Withy pool in telford town park, loads of doubles and a lot of cats. No nights but tickets on the bank. All allow bait boats. Jez Quote
