puffin
i used to fish the three lakeson the syndicate just outside chesterford as you go to the m11 about 15 years ago and it was run by Paul Elsgood who run it very well and even then they were quite hard but if you worked hard for your fish the results were good.sorry but havent any recent info but Peter the baliff at clavering knows paul i think so that could be a lead. good luck. puffin
glad to hear your happy , is it the lakes i was talking about and if so is paul still running it? i used to fish maggots in the winter and had some realy good catches might still be worth a go, and on the lake across the railway the roach used to take small spinners which i have never experienced anywhere else.
