i probly would leave mine in the water for up to 6 to 8 hours depending on how i am fishing what setup are you useing?

and rather that making a new thread every time you want to reply press post reply in the bottom right corner!

righty then

i would begin with recasting my rod every 20mins or so for about 2hours this is to get a bit of a bed of ground bait down, then recast every hour to and hour and a half.

i would recomend using a line clip to make sure you are landing on the same spot to get the bait in the same space

you want to get your self some vitalin it is about a tenner for 15kg and is great stuff.

but in the method mix you are using now just chuck a few grains of corn in with the mix and mabe three peices on a short hooklenth and you should be away

yeah vitalin works really well and when the fish feed over it it clouds the water making it harder for them to detect your rigs.

I would fish it the same way as sugested recasting every 20 mins for starters.

Another way to do it as this recasting may spook fish is to get there the day before if you can and put a bed of bait down then return the next day to fish over it hoping the fish will already be on the bait.

If you try this dont recast too much maybe every 45 mins just to top up thebait a little

Tight lines.:)
