I used to fish it myself and if you are in the know it can turn up a few surprises! Clactons best/worst kept secret! I would love to see any pics of fish from here if anyone has any? Cameras wern't invented then I keep promising myself I'll fish those sorts of places again but work always seems to get in the way so I end up with going to my local club waters. & the best thing ever to come out of Clacton is the A133 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
barricorps Posted May 16, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2008 Yes the dreaded clacton, i lived there for about 3 years as it was a cheap place to live, i found out why! According to a mate there are so many carp in holland brook now that if you head up by the sluice gates you can pick up 5-10 fish a day without prebaiting.
