ljh
I live in Sri lanka where there are some huge carp (have personaly seen 26kg and am told by the villagers they go to over 50kg), I have been trying to catch a monster for some time now but am having problems with something taking the bait before the carp get a chance. the waters here are full of small fish stocked by the government for the villagers to catch and eat, I can only assume that this is the problem. the water that I fish is increidibly deep so perhaps i could fish at a depth that the small fish cant reach, but i have no idea how deep carp will feed at. Any advice/help would be greatfully recieved. Liam
