Have been thinking of doing a few day sessions over Crowsheath soon and a few 24 hour sessions when time allows, I have fished it for pike during the winter but never targeted the carp but I cant find any up to date info on it and a mate who fishes a little pond near me told me its got newish owners and the bigger carp have either been taken out or died and the stock is now mostly low doubles?

I plan on fishing over a scattering of fishmeal boilies with a solid PVA bag on one rod with krill pellet and a dark dumbell wafter and a matching bottom bait towards the middle of the lake and maybe a ronnie rig over a few handfuls worth hemp and maize in the margin and also taking along some zig bits just in case. Any help will be a huge help as I'm still new to targeting larger fish. Thanks everyone
