Was wondering if any of you chaps out there had any info on winter fishing on these pools & if it's really worth it as I know it's quite popular in spring / summer but winter??

Blackroot fishes quite well in the colder months, better than the others, anyway.

 

I know that this pool has the least depth of all in the park, maybe this is why it still works in winter?

Thanks Ian, I live about 10mins from the park so I'll have a wander around with a marker rod.
