avid benchmark or nash sleeping bag

im looking to buy a new bag for the coming winter and was looking at the avid benchmark or the nash frostbite sub 20

I like the dual layer aspect so it can be a summer bag as well so would be grateful for any info on either bag

I've had a frostbite for years. It's a very good bag.

I only got a new one as I got a compact bed last year.
