Private pool in Nuneaton

Hi, Does anybody have any information on the private pool on the B4102 Astley Lane in nuneaton. It is on the same road as seeswood but i dont think it is owned by the same club. I have recently moved a couple of minutes drive from here and if it is fishable would be an ideal venue.

Matt, have you seen it on Google Earth? It's got to be an old estate lake, the road leading near it is called Castle Lane and G.E. shows the remains of a very large building, overlooking the lake. The Castle remains, maybe?

 

I've driven past there many times and always slowed to look, like you do.

 

If you should find out if we can fish it please let me know.

its celled barvexs syndicate i dont kno much about it there is a number on sign post as u past the pool

I have seen it on google earth, looks like a nice lake.

 

Next time I pass I will try and get a good look at the signs. I will let you know of any info I find.

Only 5.9miles away from me but ive never seen or heard anythink about it

 

Sounds good to me im looking for a mature quiet lake overgrown etc will this tick the box's?

2 mins away from me it was drained a few years ago thers alot of small carp in there i think its about £120 for the year i no a few lads on there an you can night fish to
