muchsokid
I have sort of stumbled upon this water even though I live locally (forgive me, I'm pretty new). It's about 25 acres, no made up swims and I've never seen anyone fishing it. I know it is fished on a Lee Valley Permit which for this water only costs £49 (roughly). When I contacted the Fisheries dept for Lee Valley, who were really helpful, they told me they sold only a few tickets. From what I can gather it does have some lovely carp in it but as so few fish it there tends to be no news. Asked in Johnson Ross and the guys there, also really helpful, said it was pretty weedy and because there is no night fishing it is really rarely fished. Do any of you guys out there have anymore info about the place because it just looks like you could almost have the place to yourself all year and for £40 odd looks good.
