salokcinnodrog Posted December 26, 2006 Report Share Posted December 26, 2006 It doesn't matter what size the Baits you use as long as one is a pop-up and makes the rig do what you want. As for Which way round you fish the Pop-up the standard way is to have the Pop-up on the outside end, but sometimes the Carp can get wary of this and so switch them round. For some reason the pop-up fished nearest the hook often produces bigger fish than the standard presentation when the Carp are wary. There is another thread about on the Reverse Snowman if you have a search. There was also an article published in CarpWorld with the advantages of fishing it the reverse way round.
