Help choosing a Carp syndicate lake.

Need some help choosing a syndicate water to join, I am willing to tavel up to around 1-2 hours ( I live in east london ) Will also pay up too around £500. Ideally the lake will be secure at night with toilet facilities.

Im not looking for a runs water but not too hard going either. my Pb is 26lb 10oz so would like carp to go larger than this. thanks for your help in advance.

How long are you willing to wait for a membership?

ideally would like to join a water now, but dont mind waiting for a good water, any suggestions would be very helpful.
