The river I'm going to be fishing is the yare really deep. why do you use braided mainlines? I think to be honest the first thing I've got to do is find were there hanging about.

Hi wondered what sort of rigs people use on a fast flowing river? Was sort of thinking a big grippa lead running rig style with a hooklinj of about 10-12'' . Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.
