    New to Worcester/midlands area myself, hard to find good syndi water with space for new members for sensible money....still looking myself. Have you tried fishing the rivers...Severn and Avon both very good for carp. Met some top carpers in last year on river who have good local knowledge........its not what you know its who you meet!
