Used to fish there for tench in late 70's/early 80's. Day ticket from a guy who wasn't at all well - had had most of his stomach removed due to cancer IIRC. Loads of carp there then - we used to sit with our chairs in the water and the carp would brush your legs as they swam by!! Was a lovely pool - we knew it as Moss Mere.
