The mateiral you need to use depends on what your fishing on ie: silt, gravel, weed etc thats why its good to have a selection.

My personal fav hooklink matieral is Kryston but as we all know its quite expencive so when I am feeling tight I buy Sufix £5 for 20m on ebay the stuff is great and performs just like Kryston I can't tell the difference most of the time.
