Hi, Try Manor House Farm, it's based in Wormley near Broxbourne.
It's a small water, but stunning, holds Carp to 36lb+ and catfish to 65lb.
I fished this last weekend with a mate and we had 7 cats ranging from 8lb to about 30lb and 4 carp averaging 18lb each. We also both hooked into a few monster cats which snapped our lines and caused us a few problems.
I day before we went a 42lb cat came out.
You need to book well in advance and you probably won't find much info on the net, don't mix this up with Manor Farm fisheries!
