Hi mate. I live about half hour from longleat and im hoping to go this year, im doing a 24 hour this fri but ive heard its well busy on weekends, that and one of my mates fishing is a complete newcomer. maybe a little challenging for him i dont know as ive never been. wondering if you could give some pointers? Hi, im off to do 48 hours on longleat top lake at the beginning of august. Ive heard nothing but good things about the place and have never fished it. Just wondering if recently anyone has and what baits score well and tactics, i was goin to approach with solid bags and a few scattered baits. Any info would be appreciated thanks

I found a thread on here regarding ash ponds in ash near yeovil somerset but it was from 2 years ago. It sounded well worth a crack then but was wondering if anybody has any recent news on the venue? Thanks

Going to fish todber manor this weekend on big or little hayes and was wondering if anyone had recently fished it, relatively new to carp fishing and any help would be greatly appreciated on tactics bait etc thanks
