ideally would like to join a water now, but dont mind waiting for a good water, any suggestions would be very helpful.

Need some help choosing a syndicate water to join, I am willing to tavel up to around 1-2 hours ( I live in east london ) Will also pay up too around £500. Ideally the lake will be secure at night with toilet facilities. Im not looking for a runs water but not too hard going either. my Pb is 26lb 10oz so would like carp to go larger than this. thanks for your help in advance.
