  1. Did you know there is an feature on it that you can map distances and yardages, so you can work out where's fishable from where.

that feature is awesome, used it to check out all lakes before I visit, and also sometimes its better to go back a few years to see if it shows up any different features of the lakes

  2. Never fished it but was in the billing tackle shop and asked the owner, he is not a carp man put a course, he told me willow lake the main carp lake has had fish transfered from the private lakes into it, some of these are in the 30lb region,

I want to fish it but the site is very lively during summer and special event weekends, so you have to pick your time well

I have seen a video of them electro fishing the lakes to move the larger carp

    Hope that helps

  4. I would throw in there is no right and wrong with rig tying , lots of people will do it slighly different to try and change from the norm, to add that little bit of change to what the fish are used to,

as long as the basics are close most will satisfy your needs

i May aim to tie three rigs the same but all will differ, weather it is length of hair, length of overall hook link, or with ot without tubing , blowback ring

have fun and try out something new, you may find the next super rig for your water that everyone else wants
