    bthebranch its very weedy canadian weed silt weed there r lighter spots and some clear patches, but don,t let this put u off it worried me pva bag and just drop it on the silt weed they do have a dvd on the lake aswell which is quite useful

    i can vouch for horseshoe lake did 2 sessions there this year a beautiful place, going for a season ticket next year its very weedy and i found it quite hard but the fish r stunners well the four i had were you do need to be a member which is only £30 and with that they give u a free 24 hour ticket

    cheers bowza it,s the only thing that puts me off read many of posts sayin the fish are abused seems people just want to yank them out the water

    bowza is it worth a visit then blanked the last few times i fished (river severn and the riddings) just wanted to get a few bends in the rod not after anything massive just a fun day out

    fished peg 8 twice now blanked both times 1st time in july could see them cruising round the pump on a hot day not interested again last thursday still no joy going again soon maybe third time lucky
