Im fishing up there at the moment. Theres about 7 smallish lakes on the club ticket and one main carp lake which has fish to low twenties. Average size is about mid doubles. There's also been a few stockies go in at the end of last year as well. Nice place to fish, secure and some lovely dark fish to go at.

After moving to Loughborough and looking around at a few clubs I'm considering joining Broome Angling Society. Before I did I wondered if any body is currently or has recently fished the lakes. I know the Jurrassic Lake has had a fish kill but i wanted to know if there were still some good fish to go after in it and the other lakes. I've had a look at their website but a different viewpiont would be appreciated Cheers
