i think there may be a perch just below five pound i have also caught a lot of other big fish this past week for the pool a ten ,couple of sevens and loads of stockys my mate had a 14 in the corner peg by the canal side it is fishin really well and the water warming up alot aswell

ok i was using sweetcorn baited on top with two millimetre pellets and specail g grounbait

hi the bottom pool down hinksay is really fishing well lately i had a new pb of 16 pound 5 ounces down the margins on the long peg by the canal side thought id just inform you of it

im just after a good carp rig that will camoflage with the bottom and just help me with my carp fishing at the moment in time if you no any other good carp rigs and if you can buy them ready done thanks

ok thanks i will have a go on saturday with a rod by the reeds and another down the other end of the lake both with corn lets just sea wt i get from there.

it was last summer some lad caught it out of the grange and put it in there and ok i though that was the biggets fish in there thats a nice linnear there aswell mate when did you cach that also there was two carpers there today fishing far bank by the main road they had a van with it as for the idots they might stop doing now as there is a bailif there

hi i saw that last week as i go past it all the time to hinksay pools they have started doin it on the randlay pool just opposite it also whats the biggets carp or catfish you had out of it and do you fish it regually and is it an easy water thanks bilob p.s i havnt a clue y they doin that to it mate

hi i freeline most the time in the summer with corn and luchoen meat purely becuase on the pool i go to there is loads of reeds and thats where they all ahng areound

hi has anybody fished madbrook pool by somerfield in stirchley just before the feilds as i am fishing there on saturday i know the biggest fish in there is 18 pound as i saw it get stocked any help would be grateful thanks bilob

hinksay bottom pool fishing well between 3 of us we managed to catch over 60 pound of fish in 3 day sesions which is good for the pool when there was heavy snow and part lake frozen
